All Low Cartel products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before your package ships.

During new drops, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Low Cartel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Low Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
